Run a simple site check with Chrome Lighthouse

Lighthouse is an automated tool for checking performance, accessibility, SEO, and page quality.

Open the target page in desktop Chrome.

Open Developer Tools and select the Lighthouse panel.

Choose one category and Mobile mode for the first run, then generate the report.

Close other heavy tabs and applications to reduce variation during the test.

Instead of chasing a perfect score, begin with clear, actionable findings.

Expand each item to read its explanation and suggested fix.

Make one small improvement, such as better alt text or a smaller image.

Run the report again and compare that specific finding.
