Temporarily hide extra tools while writing

Distraction Free mode simplifies the editing workspace.

Open a post in the block editor.

Open the editor’s top three-dot menu.

Enable Distraction Free.

Toolbars and panels hide while you write.

Write and focus on the content of your sentences.

Move the pointer to the editor’s top to reveal tools.

Turn the mode off through the same menu.

This option does not change the published page’s appearance.

Check post settings again before publishing.
